Prices
All prices on lesclercs.com are displayed in the applicable currency for your region and include VAT and applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of delays or out-of-stock situations, we will notify you as soon as possible and advise on the available options.
Payment
LES CLERCS accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payment will only be charged at the time your order is dispatched. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes.
Reservation of Funds
When paying by international card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds remain reserved until we charge your card upon dispatch, or until the reservation expires in accordance with your card issuer's terms. We do not charge card fees. Your card will only be charged when the order is shipped.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after placement. Our products are shipped directly from our production partner within the EU. No customs duties apply to orders within the EU.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Please note that under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products once their sealed packaging has been opened, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. Unopened products with an intact seal may be returned within the 14-day period.

Warranty
Under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, you have a statutory warranty period of 24 months from the date of delivery. If a defect arises, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
